Russ Frisinger
Acquired my first SLR when my son was born, over forty years ago. I did the darkroom thing until I was tired of building darkrooms when we were transferred too many times. So now I am sitting on thirty years of 35mm slides. Some of which won contests, and images hang in homes around the world.
I graduated to digital and became a Park Naturalist somewhat simultaneously in the two-thousand oughts. Hence, was doing what I really like to do: outdoors and photography.
This year I am returning to film via a vintage Hasselblad, and really recalling the challenge of capturing outdoors with beautiful depth and breadth that only film offers.
